…and I’m thankful for all of you!

I’m also thankful that Williams-Sonoma appears to have added their turkey seasoning paste to their regular holiday line up.  It’s no secret I’m a fan of this stuff.  I’ve posted about this paste a few times.  Click here to see how we like to smoke our turkey on Thanksgiving (and free up some oven space!).

Every family turkey since 2009 has been coated and basted in this stuff.  I, myself would bath in it if I could.  You should see what it does to turkey skin.  This is what I’m talking about.

This paste is a blend of grapeseed oil, herbs, orange peel, brown sugar, black pepper, and paprika.  Basically heaven in a jar.

Since I’m thankful the paste is back in stores and I’m thankful for all of my readers, I figured it was about time to spread the love and give a jar away!

I’ve also tossed in a box of Williams-Sonoma Focaccia Stuffing.  My sister bought this stuffing and made it a few years back and it was a big hit.  Both of these will send your Thanksgiving spread over the top!

  1. Hope I’m doing this right, Molly…..the comment generator says what is a staple on your thanksgiving table. Besides the usual turkey, potatoes, stuffing, a staple would have to be my Mom’s rolls. Just the frozen ones that you let rise overnight, but something about them is so dang good. Whether with butter or made into a sandwich the next day with leftover turkey.

  2. On your end, does Rafflecopter work well for giveaways? I’m assuming the answer is yes, since you’re using it :) But was just curious because as a blog reader, I love it. I find it easy to use for entering giveaways, but was curious about the back end and whether or not you find it easy to use for setting up giveaways.

The staple at our table is homemade cranberry sauce/jelly. The night before we make extra, and while its still piping hot pour a spoonful over a scoop of vanilla ice cream/Froyo. Just a little bit of Heaven :)

A must have at our table on Thanksgiving is of course turkey, gray, and mashed potatoes. Thanks for the giveaway!
