I can’t believe I made it through college without developing a coffee habit.
I did get hooked on tea though.
I would curl up in my chair and procrastinate from required class reading with a Jane Austen novel and a cup of tea. It was fun pretending I was British…
Until I came back to earth and those essays weren’t going to write themselves.
Have you ever had green tea ice cream?
It’s delicious. I wanted to take my favorite tea and see if I could do it justice.
My all time favorite tea is Wittard’s Pomegranate White Tea. Wittard is a tea purveyor in England and their stores are heaven on earth. When visiting over the holidays my husband practically had to drag me out. I didn’t want to leave.
I lied. I did want to leave but with half the store.
This ice cream is so easy, it has 3 ingredients, and it might be better than iced tea on a hot day.
